Day 1 – 05/24/19 : BOOTCAMP @ One Love Fit Club in Walnut
Join us for a 1-hour kickboxing session at the home of One Love Fit Club in Walnut. Afterwards help yourself to some after workout refreshments as we discuss the next day of our workshop series–Meal Prep!
Day 2 – 05/25/19 : Meal Prep @ Native Fields
Learn how to prep your own breakfast, lunch, dinner, and healthy snacks using farmers market ingredients provided by Chef/Owner Cat Castaneda. All materials and equipment are included. Take these recipes home with you along with an information packet and a scale for home use!
